# Redeem

### 1. How to Redeem

Redeem requests can now be made through the Redeem ticket channel on Discord. Please click the 'Request a Redeem' button to start the process. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our staff.

### 2. Redemption Fee

Redeem is subject to the following shipping and service fees.

**Fixed shipping fees by region** (in USD, per shipping box)**:**

* Zone 1 (China, South Korea, Taiwan): $22
* Zone 2 (Asia, excluding China, South Korea, and Taiwan): $30
* Zone 3 (Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe): $45
* Zone 4 (United States): $50
* Zone 5 (Latin America, Africa): $55
* Japan: $15

**Service fee:**

* An additional 3% service fee will be charged based on the total appraised value of the cards requested for Redeem (physical redemption), referencing the FMV (Fair Market Value) at the time they were pulled from the Reverse gacha.

**Shipping Time**

Orders will generally be shipped within 1–2 weeks after the Redeem request is submitted.

**Please Note:**

* If you submit multiple redemption requests separately, you may be charged separate fees for each request.
* If the total weight of the package exceeds 2kg, it will be split into multiple boxes. Shipping fees will apply for each box. In that case, our staff will contact you in the redeeem ticket channel.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://reverse-tcg.gitbook.io/docs/product-framework/redeem.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
